John ("Jack") L. Pund, Jr.
Mr. Pund is Managing Director of JLP & Associates LLC. He has over 40 years of accounting and consulting experience, including as principal of national and regional CPA firms, and as CEO, CFO, and General Counsel of various entities.
Mr. Pund has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1978) from Villanova University School of Business, a Juris Doctorate (1986) from The Delaware Law School of Widener University, a Master of Business Administration (2003) with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University School of Business, and a Master of Laws in Taxation (2009) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Mr. Pund also has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Villanova University School of Business and Adjunct Professor in the Neumann University School of Business, Master of Science in Accountancy, Forensic Accounting Specialization (Creator and Instructor of Forensic Accounting: Fraud & White-Collar Crime course), and has been annual Guest Lecturer in the Neumann University School of Business, Master of Science in Accountancy, Forensic Accounting for over 12 years.
Mr. Pund’s education has been supplemented by continuing professional education, including programs sponsored by the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Mr. Pund has experience in
economic damages, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, litigation services, valuation assessments, and charter school and higher education finance investigations and has served as an expert witness. Mr. Pund is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and an Attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mari A. Grochowski
Ms. Grochowski has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1997) from the University of Scranton. In addition, Ms. Grochowski has a Master of Taxation (2009) from Villanova University School of Business. Ms. Grochowski also served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Neumann University in the Business and Information Management Division.
Ms. Grochowski’s education has been supplemented by continuing professional education, including programs sponsored by the American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Further, she has experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, litigation services, valuation assessments, and charter school and higher education finance investigations.
